For the 1997 intervention, only a location permit was obtained; however, there is no record of a building permit, so there is a note of unauthorized construction registered on the property. It would be possible to obtain a permit for long-term existence of the building and legalize the described interventions based on Article 146 of the Building Act, since all interventions were carried out before 2005. However, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia adopted a request on 11.10.2023 to initiate proceedings for checking the constitutionality of Article 146 of the Building Act, which has not yet been concluded.

The land associated with the building measures a total of 2,183 m2 and, according to spatial planning conditions, allows for the construction of two additional detached buildings. Along with the photographs, a conceptual sketch of a possible division of the property is also attached.
