About Us

 

Makler Bled d.o.o. is a family-owned company that has mastered the real estate market in the Upper Gorenjska region for over 30 years.

 

The company was founded in 1991 as the legal successor of a sole proprietorship registered for real estate consulting, which began operating in 1989 and was one of the first of its kind in Slovenia.

 

Our advantage lies in the decades of acquired and reinforced knowledge in resolving various situations and complications that often accompany and affect real estate transactions.

 

Over the years, we have:

• successfully assisted thousands of clients in resolving housing situations and challenges,
• successfully completed two of our own major real estate development projects for the market,
• handled and successfully executed the sale of larger residential complexes,
• successfully mediated the sale of luxury villas and hotel properties,
• provided consulting for investment projects of our clients,
• and carried out many other various services and tasks related to real estate.

 

In the first decade of our operation and the development of the real estate market in Slovenia, we co-founded the Economic Interest Grouping of Real Estate Companies together with seven major Slovenian real estate agencies. This initiative was based on our shared vision—to transform the then-unregulated field of real estate brokerage into a reliable, professional, and interconnected organization supported by clear and high-quality legislation.

 

This formed the basis for the preparation and legal regulation of the real estate brokerage profession in Slovenia.

 

We continue to follow the principles we set from the very beginning, and through our approach to work, we persistently contribute to improving the quality and professionalism of real estate services.
