Blejska Dobrava, the former farm "Pr`Konjič", in a beautiful location with a view.

Blejska Dobrava is a settlement situated at the foot of the Mežaklja plateau between the Sava River and the Radovna River. Not far from the settlement, the Radovna rushes through the famous Vintgar Gorge and then flows into the Sava River, giving the area a distinct natural character.

Although the settlement is not located in the immediate vicinity of Bled, it got its name because of its historical and administrative connection with Bled, especially with the village of Zasip near Bled. According to tradition, Blejska Dobrava was once the mountain pasture of Zasip, which explains its name and the historical development of the area.

The former farm, locally known as Pr`Konjič, stands on the edge of the slope above the settlement, in a very beautiful location that offers truly lovely views of the Karawanks, with the mighty Stol in the foreground.

It comprises the main farmhouse, with a larger outbuilding attached to it, and on the larger plot behind the building there are two wooden auxiliary agricultural buildings.

A) The main building was extensively renovated between 2020 and 2025, and two completely new, exceptionally high-quality residential units were created on the ground floor and on the upper floor.

The four-room apartment on the ground floor comprises: an entrance hall, a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, a hallway and a bathroom; the total area of this unit is 91 m2. The apartment is exceptionally spacious, fully and high-quality furnished, and arranged as a very pleasant living environment.

The two-room apartment on the upper floor comprises: an entrance hall, a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom; the total area of this unit is 65 m2. This apartment is also fully and high-quality furnished and arranged, and from the rooms on the north side of the building there are exceptionally beautiful views of the Karawanks mountain range and the entire valley along the Sava River.

All works in the house were carried out with careful preservation of the traditional Alpine architecture and the skilful integration of modern materials and equipment, which together preserve the character of the original farmhouse.

B) The outbuilding originally comprised a stable with other auxiliary rooms on the ground floor and a barn on two levels above the ground floor. With the renovation of the ground floor part of this building, new spaces were created, such as a boiler room measuring about 12 m2, and next to it a room designed for various activities such as wellness, fitness, offices and similar, with an area of about 50 m2.

The upper floor of the outbuilding is of wooden construction. During the renovation of the ground-floor spaces, renovation works were also carried out on the wooden part as a preliminary preparation for any future interventions on this part of the building, where it is possible to create several residential units or holiday apartments. The total area of the upper floor and the attic above it is about 400 m2.

C) The land measures 1,723 m2. The front part of the building is arranged as a courtyard with parking and neatly designed ornamental green terraces, while the rear part of the building is a lawn overgrown with trees, and on its western edge there are two smaller wooden buildings.
