Bled, Alpski bloki - we are selling a 1.5-room apartment with its own entrance.

Under the name »Alpski bloki« we refer to a residential complex of apartment blocks that were built differently from most other blocks in Slovenia, with a pronounced sloping roof that extends almost to the ground and represents the outline of the alpine landscape in which we live. This exceptionally quiet and well-maintained neighborhood is very popular both for permanent residence and for holiday stays.

The lake is a 10-minute walk away, and right by the blocks there are field paths that lead across the fields to the settlements of Ribno, Bodešče and Koritno, and further to the Sava, or to Straža hill, further to Selo and Mlino, or to the lake, offering an excellent opportunity for walks and cycling.

The residential block was built in 1981. A few years ago, the roof and gutters were renovated on the building.

The apartment for sale is located in the basement level of the building and has its own entrance, directly below the main entrance to the block (5 steps). The apartment was renovated in 2003, and a few years ago the entrance door and windows (PVC) were also replaced; the windows are large, thanks to which the apartment is full of light (light wells outside).

The apartment comprises:

entrance hall, storage room (under the stairs to the main entrance of the block), living area (combining the living room, dining room and kitchen), bathroom, bedroom, storage room (woodshed)

The total floor area of the apartment is 35.80 m2, of which 33.00 m2 is usable living area. The storage room, i.e. woodshed, measures 2.80 m2.

The seller conditions the sale on the buyer reimbursing part of the costs incurred in the sale of the property.

We kindly ask interested clients to call our company Makler Bled d.o.o. for all information, and we can also arrange a viewing of the property. Please do not view the property on your own or without prior notice.
